Q: Is your shipping discreet?
A: Of course! Due to the nature of our products, all shipments are packed in plain manila envelopes, and the return address name is "LJ LLC". There is nothing on the exterior of the package that shows what is inside. 

Q: Do your sprays smell like a real vagina? 
A: That's a tricky question, but here are our thoughts on this:

1. Some people would say yes, and some would disagree. Everyone's olfactory senses are different though, so what smells great to one person could smell bad to another person. 
2. 95% of our customers enjoy the products, and we enjoy the products.
3. The sprays are synthetic novelty items, so they smell synthetic. We went through countless hours and thousands of dollars in R&D to get them to the point where we feel they are as close as possible. However, it is virtually impossible to replicate the organic smell of a vagina with synthetic materials. That's why no one has done it, not even Gwyneth Paltrow... :-) 
4. The sprays are intended to be a product for fantasy, roleplay, virtual reality sex, and the most common usage, gag gifts. They are not intended to replace the smell of a real vagina. 
5. If you truly want the smell of a real vagina, you may want to consider our real dirty panty line.

Q: Do you give refunds?
A: It depends on the product(s) you purchased:

1. If you purchased the spray and you are not satisfied, we will provide a refund within 10 days of your purchase. Simply email us at info@ineedlovejuice.com to request an RMA. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. Please keep in mind that these products are intended for novelty use, and we are a small, woman-owned and operated business, so each refund makes an impact on us.
2. We do not refund purchases for real dirty panties due to the nature of the product. 

Q: Are your products safe?
A: We take every precaution to ensure that all of our products are safe for our customers. 

1. All fragrances are developed by third-party professional perfumers in sterile conditions using the highest quality raw materials. The sprays are then filled and assembled in our office under sterile conditions. Please adhere to the safety guidelines listed on each bottle. 
2. All dirty panties are made by women who are physically healthy. If at any time one of our models isn't feeling well in any way, shape, or form, their profile is removed from our site for a period of 15 days or more, depending on the severity of their symptoms. Please be aware that these items do contain organic materials that we cannot control 100%, so use at your own risk. 

Q: My spray looks different than the pictures, is it the same item?
A: Yes. Due to supply issues there are times when we need to use different styles of bottles. When this happens, sometimes we don't have the time or the manpower to update the images on the website. Rest assured, it is the same product.
